When a piece arrived "damaged" (I could barely see a dent on it), Amy insisted on getting the part replaced by the manufacturer. Her designs maximized our space with high-end components and slow-close drawers at a price that was cheaper than a wire/mesh system from a store that will remain nameless (though they are known for selling containers).
